A prospect asked: "can you build something like circlesurrogacy.com?" The usual answer is a proposal document. The hypothesis: skip the document. Make the proposal itself a working website, before any money changes hands.
02 EXPERIMENT
I built a working clone in 24 hours and sent the link instead of a pitch. Then I made the codebase re-skinnable — one engine, new brand, about 15 minutes per re-skin.
03 RESULT
The 24-hour V1 became the foundation of an 8-site lead-gen network, each site re-skinned from the same codebase in roughly 15 minutes.
